Tender description
The objective of this project is to clear the historic backlog of food inspections for our food team. This will allow the team to be in a space where they are no longer a reactive service and can consistently meet expectations of targets. Westminster City Council would like to take the small-scale approach to outsourcing the backlog of food hygiene inspections using ¼ of the inspections currently overdue, to upscale if successful to all inspections outstanding.
