Tender description

The required Filey Masterplan will articulate and form a clear prospectus to support the development of the local town and work towards developing the town to meet the needs of the local community who will be central to its development. Short term aims / objectives: • Enabling Filey to develop coherent, forward-thinking town regeneration plan, built upon innovative stakeholder and community engagement. • This work will enable the community and stakeholders to identify key opportunities and accompanying projects in Filey and develop proposals to take advantage of future Government investment opportunities. Long-term aims / objectives: • Developing the plan for Filey town, will increase the desirability for a place to live, work and visit. • A well-defined action plan enables a stronger position to successfully bid for future government funding.
