Take responsibility for delivering the following outputs as necessary relating to the RNIR Programme:- Full Business Case MCA Board approval documentation - Full Business Case and supporting approval documentation for Centres of Excellence and BICC - Full Business Case Procurement Assurance Board pack - Full Business Case Cabinet Office Spend Controls approval documentation - Full Business Case HM Treasury approval documentation pack - Risk Management Documentation - Benefits Management Documentation - Financial tracking and reporting for the programme in support of the Programme Manager - Development of support documentation for RNIR Programme Board and Executive Steering Group as required - Ad hoc documentation development in support of the RNIR Programme authorisation across MCA, DfT, Cabinet Office, HM Treasury as required.
