Tender description

1.1 A Buildings Property Valuation and Insurance Re-instatement Valuation for approximately one hundred (100) of the University’s building, the majority of which are in Edinburgh with a small number located at our Scottish Borders campus in Galashiels. This should be undertaken with reference to the current RICS guidance “Valuation – Global Standards”, commonly referred to as the “RICS Red Book Global” and related “Reinstatement Cost Assessment of Buildings” guidance Lot 1: This Tender will cover the following four elements of services: 1. Property Valuation and Insurance Reinstatement Valuation 2. Building Condition Surveys - to Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards 3. DDA Equality Accessibility Surveys of Buildings 4. Energy Performance Certification of Buildings (EPC’s) Additional information: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
