Tender description

There is currently an ongoing requirement for the storage, collection, retrieval, and the secure destruction of records at the GDC. The GDC Currently has approx. 5400 boxes with our current vendor and our contract expires on the 17th May 2022. To ensure continuity of service GDC is issuing an Invitation to Tender on the 26th November 2021 @ 12:00pm, as a further competition under Lot 2 of ESPO Document Management Solutions (reference 390). The main services that we are looking for are: • Storage of all records in the West Midlands • Dependable delivery and collection of boxes both to our Birmingham and London locations, with options of emergency delivery with a max of 4 hour wait. • Secure shredding or destruction services with certificates or documentation as proof • GDPR Compliant services • Monthly inventory reports • Customer portal to process orders • Only one handling and fuel charge if there is a pickup when a delivery is made • Temperature controlled facility • Working space on site (place for GDC to review boxes on the premises) Additional information: If your business would like to enquire about becoming a Supplier on the ESPO framework for DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (Framework 390_18) then please follow the link below and click 'Get Help' to submit a query. https://www.espo.org/document-management-solutions-390-18.html
