CHI invites tenders via an open competitive tender process for the provision in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS)

Tender description

Applications are invited from Companies that can demonstrate experience in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS). In particular, candidates must satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements of the tender specification. Please note that only vendors with current and relevant experience in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) need apply. The Building Management system in Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street currently comprises of a mixture of six area panels connected to the network, and eleven area standalone control panels. 1) The six area panels connected to the network are: a) Theatre 1 b) Theatre 2 c) Theatre 3 d) CSSD e) Mech Room 6 f) Endoscopy 2) The eleven area standalone control panels that are to be networked are: a) ICU Plantroom Rooftop b) Mech Room 5 / Top Flat c) St. Michaels Ward B d) St. Patricks plantroom e) St. Brigit’s AHU f) St. Philomena’s Plantroom g) Mech Room 7 OPD Tower 1 h) Mech Room 8 OPD Basement i) New Plantroom OPD Tower 2 j) Theatre 4, may require Cylon UC32.Net controller, separate quote required. k) Surgical Flat (emerald city) may require Cylon UC32.Net controller, separate quote required.
