Tender description
Prepare an action plan with agreed milestones for the following work: Provide ongoing support to the Education Scotland Leadership Team to embed the Great Place to Work strategy across the organisation through engagement with the GPTW strategy group. Finalise development of the Values in Action self-assessment tool and use the insights from this to develop and implement a Change and Resilience Programme to allow line managers to support colleagues across the difficult period of organisational reform.
