Wigan Council require a new Adventure Play Facility at Pennington Flash, Leigh. The Council wish to appoint a play equipment supplier and contractor to develop, under a design and build form of contract the play facility incorporating the initial site surveys, design development, submission of proposals for planning consent and the supply and installation of the final play solution including all the required civil, landscaping and surfacing works.
