Tender description
Radius Housing is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the works to 10 Rathgill Avenue, Bangor. The work will consist of a proposed new bedroom and wc constructed in a single storey rear extension to an existing semi-detached property. Internal alteration works to form new opening between old and new will also be required all as recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an occupied property and as such the Contractor is reminded that all necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of all.
