This opportunity is to deliver a comprehensive programme of public engagement to increase participation in active and sustainable travel through behaviour change interventions. Falkirk Council is aiming to increase levels of active and sustainable travel amongst the general public throughout the Council area. The opportunity is to deliver a comprehensive public engagement programme to increase participation in active and sustainable travel through challenge-based behaviour change interventions. The current proposal is for an active travel programme to run for 3 months from 1st September 2021 to 30th November 2021. There is the possibility that this may be adjusted as mutually agreed between Falkirk Council and the contractor with a shorter programme initially followed by a second programme at a later date but completed and evaluated prior to March 2022. There is the possibility of an extension for a further year. It is intended that the framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier.
