<p>NEPO605 – Children’s Advocacy, Independent Visitors, independent people for Children and Adult Complaints and Secure Reviews (P-007452 / C-012099) Newcastle City Council acting as Lead Authority on behalf of the NEPO Member Authorities is preparing to publish an Invitation to Tender inviting Providers to tender for the delivery of services for:</p> <p>Lot 1 – Children’s Advocacy,</p> <p>Lot 2 – Independent Visitor Services</p> <p>Lot 3 – Investigating Officers (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints)</p> <p>Lot 4 – Independent Persons (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints)</p> <p>Lot 5 – Independent Chairs for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints</p> <p>Lot 6 – Independent Panellists for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints</p> <p>Lot 7 – Independent Persons for Secure Accommodation Reviews To support Providers in their application to this Initiation to Tender (ITT) the Council is delivering two free, open sessions for interested Providers:</p> <p>Session1: Tender Ready Support Session</p> <p>Date: Monday, 15 November 2021</p> <p>Time: 09:30am – 10:30am</p> <p>Method of meeting: Microsoft Teams Areas to be covered:</p> <p>• How to prepare and submit a tender response</p> <p>Session 2: Pre-Tender Session</p> <p>Date: Monday, 15 November 2021</p> <p>Time: 10:30am – 11:30am</p> <p>Method of meeting: Microsoft Teams Areas to be covered:</p> <p>• How to access the ITT</p> <p>• Documents that will be in the ITT</p> <p>• Documents to be returned in your response to the ITT</p> <p>Attendance at these events will be limited to a maximum of two delegates, per organisation, per event.
