Fingal County Council intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with one economic operator, thereafter that economic operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is for the supply, delivery and erection of Christmas Trees for public realm locations within Fingal County Council’s administrative area.
