Marquee Specifications: • Marquee supplied must measure at 9m * 30m must be clear span aluminium framed • Material used in marquee must be fire retardant. (British Standard) • Marquee must be capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 80km/hr • Marquee must also be able to facilitate the use of drapes if required. Floor: • Marquee floor to fit the above must be interlocking floor complete with baton 50mm * 50mm SHS galvanised steel to include aluminium extrusion. Doors: • 3 double glazed emergency exit doors with glass. Each door being 1.5m * 2 • 3*8*4 rissin Board for exit doors Electrics: • Mobile distribution board 63amp single 40m 16sq flex including 32 amp 3pin male plug • Four 8 bulb chandeliers and dimmer control   Anchors and weights: • 40 tie down anchor blocks/weights (concrete) smooth finish weighing ¼ tonne each including straps. • 52 anchor pins Delivery: • Successful tenderer will be capable of delivering the required product to Burtonport Co. Donegal. • Successful tenderer must also erect and assemble the delivered marquee once in order to demonstrate assembly and deconstruction. • Price quoted is to be a total figure and should include all travel and associated delivery costs included. Prices/Quotations given must be valid from six months from the date of tender and include Vat.
