Supporting Evidence Based Interventions (SEBI) is looking to develop its long-term identity, positioning and strategy and seeks a consultant organisation to assist and advise in this activity. The University are looking to establish a single supplier framework for the services. We will establish an initial contract for the immediate consultancy requirement but there could be scope for further / follow-up consultancy opportunities with the SEBI team. Framework is up to the value of 120,000 GBP however individual contracts / call-offs will be less. As part of the initial requirement, suppliers will be expected to: - study of SEBI documents and reports, - conduct group and individual interviews with members of the SEBI team - review of key actors in international livestock development landscape - conduct interviews with other major actors in the international livestock sector - interactive presentations with the SEBI team - produce a final written report - provide possible ongoing strategic input More information on SEBI can be found here: https://www.ed.ac.uk/vet/research/sebi
