<p>Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to secure the expertise of a suitably qualified consultant to undertake an independent review of the Public Health Function. The successful applicant (bidder) will have a sound understanding of the Public Health agenda in Local Authorities.</p> <p>The review will be delivered by undertaking a desk top review of the evidence pertaining to the above, interviews with staff and stakeholders and the production of a report with the outcomes of the review.</p> <p> </p> Keywords: public health, review
