Tender description

CVG wishes to enter into a Contract to carry out remedial works to 57 properties located at High Street Kirkintilloch. The 57 properties are contained within 3 separate blocks of flatted accommodation which are newly constructed but are currently 95% complete. The works comprise of finishing the properties internally including electrical and painter works and undertaking some remedial works both internally and externally. The contract is split into two phases as follows: Phase 1 – comprising 41 properties in two blocks Phase 2 – comprising 16 properties in one block It is a requirement of this tender that bidder’s price for both phases. The successful bidder will be the one which achieves the Most Economically Advantageous Tender across both phases.
