Re-tender for a Wavelength Tuneable High Intensity Light Source for the Visible and Near

The University’s new flagship Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials (CISM) aims to further stimulate growth in this area by delivering a bespoke, integrated facility for semiconductor research and technology development. Prior to the CISM facility being completed, the University seeks to procure specialist semiconductor processing and characterisation equipment of which the proposed Wavelength Tuneable High Intensity Light Source for the Visible and Near Infrared (hereafter the TLS) is an important and design-bespoke element. The LTS will be part of a larger processing and analysis system called the Multicomponent Next Generation Semiconductor Materials and Device Fabrication Cluster Tool Set (McCTS), which in turn is the centrepiece of a new semiconductor and dielectrics clean fabrication laboratory within the CISM facility.
