Provision of Daycare and Outreach Services

Inverclyde Council are undertaking market research for the Provision of Daycare and Outreach Services in Inverclyde. Inverclyde Council operates a Health and Social Care Partnership in conjunction with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Inverclyde Council are looking to appoint Providers to provide a Day Care Service to meet the Assessed Needs of Service Users. Inverclyde Council is looking to commission a flexible needs led building based Day Care Service and Outreach Day Care Service. It is anticipated that the majority of the Service at the Commencement of the Agreement will be building based Day Care. However this may change over the duration of the Framework Agreement as the Outreach Day Care Service is developed. The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement (herein after referred to as the “Agreement”) that has common content, a common set of Terms and Conditions and standardised funding arrangements.
