Tender description

Croydon Council is embarking on a procurement for a solution to manage the provision of its mobile telephony service over a three-year period commencing May 2022. The core requirements are as follows • Mobile voice and Data Services with no specific minimum volumes connections on any network with an ‘unlimited’ voice/SMS/data package only. • Reporting functionality that would provide timely, accurate and dynamic reporting via client’s own account and Portal • Booster mast for good signal where signal is poor • Monthly Line rental • Single shared data pool independent of SIM volumes with the ability to scale up or down as required.
