London and Quadrant Housing Trust (LQHT) are planning the public procurement of a multi-supplier framework for the provision of Legal Services to the L&Q Group that shall enable: • L&Q to manage all Legal requirements through one multi-supplier framework• L&Q to establish excellent strategic working relationships with successful bidders Further information on LQ Group can be found at https://www.lqgroup.org.uk/en/aboutlandqThe scope of the procurement at present is focused on the following Lot Structure:Lot Title1 Real Estate, Development and Charging Projects2 Property Transactions3 Housing and Leasehold Management4 Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution5 Corporate Finance6 Governance, Regulatory, Employment and CommercialAlthough this is subject to change at L&Q’s discretion.
