IT Software platform for NHS Funded Continuing Health Care (CHC)

Tender description

London Shared Service (LSS), on behalf of NHS North East London Clinical Commissioning Group (NELCCG) is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to gauge potential interest from suppliers able to deliver an IT software platform for NHS Funded Continuing HealthCare (CHC) in anticipation of a formal procurement process. The software platform will be required to manage patients, care and payments associated with continuing healthcare and a wide array of care categories including mental health and children's continuing care. The CCG is seeking a system which offers a customisable reporting tool and provides full case management functionality including actions, documentation and finance from payment schedules to care package reconciliation. If your organisation holds current contracts with other CCGs, it would be helpful if you could complete and return the attached form. Any information provided to the Commissioners will be treated as strictly commercial in confidence.
