Interim Pool Design Consultancy

Tender description

The consultant will develop the detailed designs for the entire development and submit a Planning Application. Groundwork and architectural plans and drawings for the entire development including structural engineering plans and drawings for entire scheme including services infrastructure e.g. SuDS. An entire design package of a temporary, 25m x 12m x 1.2m modular, deck-level above ground swimming pool to be located at Marshill Car Park, Alloa is required. The structure must be fully DDA compliant - including pool access. Substructures and Superstructures for entire development including pool hall and all other ancillary buildings. Pool design must be surround decking system with non-slip flooring. Additionally, Changing facilities including showers, hand basins, WCs etc., including drainage for the same. A reception, viewing and point-of-sale areas are required. Lane ropes, lane rope connections, backstroke flags, sockets and pool white goods generally.
