Worcestershire County Council (WCC) requires a supplier for the provision of a Smoking and Vaping Health Needs Assessment for Herefordshire and Worcestershire which is to include a considerable level of qualitative data via engagement with a cross section of communities across the counties, incorporating the views of smokers, ex-smokers, vapers those who have never smoked. This will be used to inform future commissioning decisions for community smoking and tobacco control services and interventions. See service specification for full requirements.
