Grounds and Garden Maintenance Service for Florence Nightingale Community Hospital (Derby), Drivability Centre (Derby), Samuel Johnson Community Hospital (Litchfield) and Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital (Tamworth) Lot 1: To provide a Grounds Maintenance Service to deliver the following: Management and maintenance of all aspects of the Grounds; and Gardens Maintenance of external equipment. The Grounds & Gardens Maintenance Service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year. The Grounds & Gardens Maintenance Service applies to all external areas of the Site.
