<p>Maidstone Borough Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for refurbishment works to be undertaken to Granada House, Gabriels Hill, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JR. The appointed contractor will be required to work alongside the Council&rsquo;s appointed Employers Agent (Pellings) and ensure that the refurbishment works are compliant with the design and specification and are in accordance with good construction refurbishment works practice. Further details regarding this project and how to respond to this Expression of Interest are set out below. The completion of the Expression of Interest Form and Pre-Qualification Questions at Appendix 1 must be submitted on the Kent Business Portal by 12:00pm on 16th November 2021.
