<p>The Government of Jersey (the <strong>Authority</strong>) has launched its Inspiring Active Places Strategy, an ambitious investment plan in the Islands public sport and wellbeing facilities. The Strategy sets out a 10-year plan for investing over &pound;100m creating a range of Sport and Wellbeing facilities across the island to replace an ageing sporting estate. The strategy detail can be viewed at www.inspiringactiveplaces.je where you can download the Strategy.</p> <p>To support the delivery of the Strategy, the Authority is seeking to appoint an integrated design team (<strong>IDT</strong>) services provider, who will deliver the design services required for the IAP Programme. It is envisaged that the provider of the services will be either: a) a single provider who, in turn, sub-consults elements of the services to other specialist organisations; or: b) a consortium or joint venture - either incorporated or unincorporated - of supplier organisations that will be led by one organisation (the lead) that will enter into an agreement with the Authority.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To access the invitation to tender (the <strong>ITT</strong>), organisations must:</p> <ul> <li>DOWNLOAD the Confidentiality Undertaking attached to this opportunity.</li> <li>COMPLETE the Confidentiality Undertaking as instructed.</li> <li>SIGN the Confidentiality Undertaking.</li> <li>RETURN the signed, scanned copy of the Confidentiality Undertaking to s.matthews@gov.je, marked PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Once a signed, scanned copy of the Confidentiality Undertaking is received, organisations will be provided access to the ITT via the Portal.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responses to the ITT will be required to be submitted by <strong>12:00 pm GMT on Friday 17 December 2021</strong>.</p> Keywords: Government of Jersey, Architectural design, Engineering design, Building services design, Inspiring Active Places Program, Sports and Leisure Facilities
