Tender description

The provision of Mechanical + Electrical Services in relation to Major Adaptations to NIHE dwellings for people with disabilities (MAPDs) Province wide (from survey to completion of works on site). There will be 3 Lots:- Lot 1 Belfast Region Lot 2 South Region Lot 3 North Region The initial service period is for 1 (one) year from the starting date. The Client has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the service period for a further 1 periods of up to 12 months or part thereof . Lot 1: Lot 1 - Belfast Region The provision of Mechanical + Electrical Services in relation to Major Adaptations to NIHE dwellings for people with disabilities (MAPDs) Province wide (from survey to completion of works on site).
