BT1467 Supply & Installation of Christmas Trees

All documents are available on the ProContract e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com The purchase and installation of two Christmas trees for Luton Town Centre. There are a number of variables with what we are looking for: • The trees can be real (Norwegian Spruce) or imitation • They can be single use (real) or imitation that we can purchase and then use for a number of years; • If imitation, we would need to understand the dimensions of the trees (packed down) to ascertain whether LBC has storage for them, and/or include in the quote a storage fee for the trees; • If imitation, we would require a quote for the annual installation of the trees AND a quote for training a local team to install the trees if appropriate; • The supplier should also supply decorations and lights and include their provision and installation in the quote • If two trees, they need to be able to be installed in flower beds • If one tree, we need it to be either installed in flower beds OR erected on the paving in St George's Square They must be installed and fully functional by Friday 26 November ready for the light switch on at 5.30pm on Saturday 27 November 2021.
