Tender description

Fit out of complete building to new layout to accommodate the Centre for Targeted Protein Degradation (CeTPD). This will involve the re-configuration of 3No existing laboratories to create one large facility. Three other laboratories will be reconfigured to suit. The existing yeast and tissue culture rooms will also be reconfigured to suit. The existing office layouts will be totally reconfigured to form additional offices. The reception area will also be altered for a more open plan feel along the creation of a senior management suit. The whole site will be upgraded both electrically and HVAC.
