21-013 Sports Capital Works & Further Proposed Development Works

Tender description

Invitation to Tender for Architectural Consultancy Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines) for Proposed Sports Capital Granted Works and further development works at Scoil Ui Mhuiri, Dunleer, Co Louth. The ETB require the coordinated review by the proposed multi-disciplined team of all documentation held including Feasibility Study and planning on what was the envisaged phased approach to an overall strategic development delivering a running track, flood lighting, football pitch, tennis, javelin, high jump area, perimeter including ball stops, jogging track and changing rooms. The ETB require the necessary services to ensure the initial project for an ‘All Weather Running Track’ (which is the only phase of works that has currently an approved €120,000 grant available) is designed, submitted for planning etc and fully delivered in the immediate term and in such a way that will allow the further outlined developments above to happen over a long period of time once further much needed funding is secured.
