Problem to Be Solved We need a clearer understanding of Network Rail's digital signalling programme in the lead up to PR23. Work Already Done ORR is already engaged with Network Rail, we require additional resource to expedite our assessment. Existing Team A cross functional matrix team consisting of: Head of Train Control Systems Senior Enhancements Project Manager Senior Financial Analyst Current Phase Not applicable Skills & Experience • Asset management experience • Evidence of recent engagement in the planning of future Electronic Train Control Systems (ETCS) based solutions in the UK • Understanding of the previous use of the Signalling Equivalent Unit (SEU) in the UK rail industry • Project/programme management experience • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to obtain and digest a wide variety of information • The ability to present information clearly and concisely in a range of formats Nice to Haves Previous work relating to UK transport or other public sector. Work Location Supplier can work remotely, with a requirement to attend stakeholders where necessary. Engagement with the team at 25 Cabot Square, London may be required periodically.
