Tender description

Tree Works 2021/22 Cobalt Housing wishes to appoint an experienced and competent service provider for the provision of o Tree Works & Maintenance specified in the pricing submission. o Communication with the residents to arrange appointments. Works to be completed within agreed and suitable timescale. o Customer Care for residents with regards to cleanliness and works to be completed with minimal disruption. The Service Provider will be responsible for keeping an up to date log detailing the tree works that have been completed. The Works required are outlined in the price submission document. However there will be more as we continue our surveying program, therefore volumes are likely to increase. Please be aware that pricing of additionally identified work will need to be in line/accordance of those submitted in this pricing document.
