Service Provider to provide Transformer Oil Supplies and Services Framework Agreement within Ireland and United Kingdom. ESB Generation & Trading (GT) and ESB Networks wishes to establish a framework for the delivery of Oil Services in Ireland and UK. ESB Networks operates many 38 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV substations throughout the distribution and transmission system. Most of these stations contain power transformers and/or reactors and boosters. ESB GT operate a number of 38 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV power stations as well as 38 kV and 110 kV windfarms.
