The design, supply and installation of static and fixed shelving and a Mezzanine floor to a new Records Management Centre for Clare County Council at Quin Road Campus, Quin Road Business Park, Ennis, County Clare V95 VW74 The design shall include an assessment of the floor condition, load capability, service HVAC ducting, column, door and window locations, ceiling heights and position of lifts / dumb-waiters, lighting and fire detection installations etc.The shelving shall be laid out in accordance with the supplier's design in accordance with all health and safety requirements and provide maximum storage capacity in the areas indicated on the attached drawing Ref No 16-1093-T19. Shelving is required to be fitted on two levels in the main area of the building and floor to ceiling in the secure storage area of the building. An ongoing maintenance contract to be included. The Contractor to be assigned roles of PSDP & PSCS
