Tender description

This agreement is for Cornwall Council to call off of an existing Corserv multi supplier furniture agreement - DN417552. This agreement is for a total of £100,000 against supplier CBS. This is a temporary agreement to cover a transition period whilst we go out to tender for a wider furniture contract. Corserv information : This procurement arrangement is for the appointment of a multi supplier to provide a wide range of furniture including seating, desking, and storage for the CORSERV group of companies. The delivery and installation of the supplies is to be made to the CORSERV Group of Companies and any users offices and other establishments mainly in Cornwall as outlined in the Specification. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall continue for the Term of this Framework Agreement or extended by agreement by the Parties for up to three further periods of twelve months with a maximum overall duration of four years.
