Tender description
A staff survey that measurers organisational culture and effectiveness. Organisational Culture Inventory™ (OCI) and/or the Organisational Effectiveness Inventory™ (OEI) have been selected for our culture programme. The OCI measures the current culture of an organisation or unit in terms of behavioural norms and expectations (that is, what is expected of a member to "fit in"). The OEI measures the causal factors, levers for change and outcomes of the organisation.
