Tender description
A GLA funded Behavioural Insights study intended to reduce the demand for prostitution in Ilford Lane, identified a number of interventions, among which is covering some of the shop front shutters with artwork designed to deter those men seeking sex. Shutters will be covered with a graffiti proof vinyl bearing one of a selection of potraits and logo design.
