Provision of Net-Zero Routemaps - Council Estate and Shetland Wide

Tender description

The Contract is for the design of the following net-zero routemaps: - Shetland Islands Council own Estate and Services (Net Zero Council) - Shetland area wide (Net Zero Shetland) These are to be used by the Shetland Islands Council as guidance for the strategic and technical requirements to achieve net-zero carbon emissions within Scottish Government defined timescales. The type of contract to be awarded is a NEC3 Professional Services Contract. The conditions of the contract are the core clauses and the clauses for the main option selected, which are detailed further in the Contact Data. The procurement is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (“the Regulations”) and the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The procedure being followed is an Open Procedure.
