Provide Estate Management Services in connection with Cornwall Council’s Telecommunication Estate

Tender description

Cornwall Council is Landlord / Licensor / Site Provider to a range of telecommunications assets including terrestrial and rooftop masts and antennae, fibre optic cables as well as subsea transatlantic cables passing over Council owned beach and foreshore. The supplier is expected to: 1. Negotiate and agree on best terms new agreements together with renewals and manage the process working with the buyer’s legal team through to completion. 2. Manage requests for new sites from operators and advise the buyers client service representative accordingly. 3. Negotiate and agree Open Market Rent Reviews (and Index linked if required) 4. Provide occasional advice on complex wayleave matters from BT Openreach and other telecoms service providers. 5. Ad hoc advice on all other telecoms related matters from time to time not covered here.
