Hard Facilities Managment Services for the OfS's Bristol Offices including: Building maintenance services, reactive maintenance, security services and lift maintenace. Lot 1: The Office for Students (OfS) require a complete Hard FM Service to provide and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all OfS staff and visitors at our Bristol Offices - BS32 0BR. We require Preventative, Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance to ensure that the offices provide full operational functionality at all times and to ensure that the OfS Assets’ conditions remain commensurate with age and life cycle replacement date.
