<p>Newcastle City Council acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, are carrying out a commissioning and procurement exercise for a Regional Contract for the supply of Children&rsquo;s Advocacy, Independent Visitors, and independent people for Children and Adult Complaints and Secure Reviews.<br />We have consulted with Providers between 07.04.2021 and 22.10.2021 to inform our Commissioning Model.<br />We now attached our FINAL Commissioning Model and Provider Feedback Summary.</p> <p>We give formal notice that we have now closed the commissioning phase of this commissioning and procurement exercise and have moved into the procurement phase.</p> Keywords: Children's advocacy, Independent Visitors, Children's complaints, Adult complaints, Social Care complaints, Secure reviews
