My Memory Cafés are monthly gatherings for people with memory difficulties and their friends and family. They provide a great opportunity to socialise and lunch is provided. Sessions are run from 1-3pm and are held in the north of the borough on the first Tuesday of each month, and in the south on the last Friday of each month
