Lot 2: RFT 121589 - ITC012F - Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Mobile Voice and Data Communications and Associated Products and Services To put in place a multi supplier Framework Agreement for Mobile Voice & Data & Associated Products & Services. The Framework Agreement will be accessed by Ministers of the Government of Ireland, Central Government Departments, Offices & non-commercial Agencies & Organisations which have a formal reporting & legal relationship to Central Government Departments, including all local authorities in Ireland (themselves including regional assemblies, local enterprise boards & library bodies). Contracting authorities in the Irish health sector including but not limited to the Health Service Executive (HSE); the Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA) & HSE funded Agencies delivering health & personal social services funded by more than 50% from Exchequer funds. Contracting authorities which are third Level Education Institutions (including but not limited to Universities & Institutes of Technology & members of the Education Procurement Service); HEAnet, its member institutions & subsidiaries, Educational & Training Boards (ETB), ETB schools, primary, post-primary, special schools groups & clusters of schools, An Garda Siochana, The Irish Prison Service & The Defence Forces.
