Invitation to Tender for appointment of a Lead Architect and Design Team

Tender description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the appointment of an architect led design team to develop a feasibility study on two options for the upgrading of existing facilities at 5 West North Street, Aberdeen, AB24 5AT. The main objective of the process is to select an architect judged by APA, as most likely to effectively manage delivery of the Feasibility Study for this project. This selection will be through a 2-stage process. The selection will consider issues such as relevant experience, key personnel, planned approach and the availability of resources. Stage 1 will require submission of Quality and Commercial submissions, and Stage 2 will comprise of an interview for the shortlisted consultants. The short-listing will be the 3 highest scoring consultants. Further details are provided in section 3.1 below. APA requires an Expression of Interest (EOI), to be returned within 5 working days of receipt of the ITT if consultants will be submitting a tender. The EOI pro-forma is included in Appendix A. A site visit can be arranged on 10th November 2021 if required
