Irradiator Maintenance Lot 1: Lot 1 Pass/Fail. Additional information: 4.1. NHSBT uses gamma irradiators to irradiate approximately 10% of all blood components to prevent Transfusion-Associated Graft-versus-Host-Disease (TA-GvHD) in at risk patients. This agreement is to support NHSBT gamma irradiators with planned preventative maintenance, dose mapping and ad-hoc repairs (fully comprehensive). Lot 2: Lot 2 Pass/Fail.
