Due to EU Exit, Great Britain is transitioning from REACH, a major Chemicals regulation, to UK REACH – a British Chemicals regulation. Defra wants to evaluate the transition to UK REACH. The overarching aims of the evaluation are to look at: o Process: To what extent is Defra and its delivery agencies providing an effective operational service? o Impact: What are the emerging costs and benefits of UK REACH and how are businesses adapting to the regulatory changes.
