Tender description

TRG have a requirement for the Service, Maintenance and repair of Domestic Lifts across its stock portfolio. The most common lifting equipment are stairlifts, curved stairlifts, ceiling track hoists and bath hoists. The tender is broken into regional lots as per below: Lot 1 - North (Including Scotland Ayrshire and Dumfries) Lot 2 - LCR Lot 3 South & Central Estimated spend is £138,000 per annum (across all lots), the contract duration will be 2 years + 1 + 1 option to extend (Maximum 4 years). It is anticipated 1 contractor will be appointed per lot, contractors can bid for one or more lots.
