Undertaking financial appraisal that supports a cash flow analysis into a range of different lease structures and incentives packages that can advise the council on short, medium and long terms implications of a move of their tenancy. The aim being to keep Land Registry jobs in Birkenhead and vacate Rosebrae Court to redevelop the site for Housing in accordance with the aspirations of the Birkenhead 2040 Framework.
