Tender description
The overall aim of the resource is to provide a range of tools and resources to support organisations to implement the Good Work Framework in practice. This will help internal leads manage and structure their approach to dementia learning and development. This will help regions with a consistent and integrated approach to learning and improve the quality of care and support for people living with dementia. This includes identifying and sharing resources that will help organisations and workforce leads understand how to use the framework effectively in the design and delivery of a learning and development offer to their workforce. The resource will not be prescriptive. Instead, it is intended to help and support workforce leads to develop their own local approaches, within the context of the Good Work Framework. The successful bidder would be required to - Review what has been gathered to date and identify resources where there are gaps, informed by the table in section 2.1 - Liaise with the established working group and other stakeholders to identify the resources to be used in the toolkit. - Create introductory guides to each topic area, describing what the resources are and where they can be used. These can be written or other media. These would need to be bilingual and in line with our tone of voice guidance - Identify a range of suitable platforms where the resources can be held that allows for them to be easily changed and updated. This will need to be an open access and free to use platform. We are not asking you to develop a bespoke platform. * PLEASE SEE THE SPECIFICATION FOR FURTHER INFORMATION *
