Tender description

East Ayrshire Council are engaging with a wide range of professional artists/musicians and performers, creative and cultural organisations to provide bespoke, high-quality learning experiences for the children of East Ayrshire. The services delivered under this Framework champions the belief that the arts are powerful in developing a whole person approach to education whilst contributing to mental, social and physical wellbeing. Services include (but are not limited to) music, art, drama and dance. For the avoidance of doubt, supply of goods (e.g. musical instruments, art supplies, sports equipment, educational materials) are not covered by this Framework Agreement. The Framework duration is 4 years from the commencement date and Bidders may apply at any time throughout the duration of the Framework period.
